What is Holistic Nutrition?
Holistic Nutrition is the concept of healing our bodies with whole foods; foods that are complete and nutrient dense in their most natural state. A diet revolving around whole foods has the potential to significantly lower the risk of many cancers and diseases. As a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, I would love to work with you to address your health concerns and achieve your goals.

Herb gardens don't require a ton of effort and the benefits are absolutely worth it. How great would it be to have an abundant supply of herbs available at your fingertips? (It's the best, take my word for it).
I know this probably sounds like a silly question, but how well do you know yourself? How well do you know your body and it's likes/dislikes? I'm not talking about your taste buds or your diet preferences. I'm talking about your gut, your hormones, your endocrine system, your blood, etc.
While I choose not to include meat in my diet, my intention is not to convince you to do the same. I simply urge you to analyze your eating habits & be mindful of the health risks/benefits that correspond to the amount of meat you consume.
